Mayfield Football Club have a number of age group teams through to senior men. All of our sides are strongly supported by an enthusiastic group of managers and coaches who are trained and certified by the FA at level 1 and 2 status. This commitment and professionalism has enabled us to attain full FA Charter Standard status.

The home ground for Mayfield FC is, Mayfield Recreational Ground, Conygree Lane, Mayfield, Ashbourne, Derbyshire DE6 2HW.

Mayfield FC age group teams play home and away games at various locations throughout Derbyshire & Staffordshire.
